Team Rocket.....Team Magma and Team Aqua....Team Galactic and Team Plasma....Everyone just thought they were a bunch a jokes who were so bad they got disbanded by ten-year-olds..... but unfortunately they were all far more persistent then anyone had expected. In fact, in the year 2030, Team Rocket was back in business, stealing,,causing trouble, selling controversial snack foods, opening up casinos, and trying to take control of the media. Team Magma and Team Aqua is back, once again trying to fulfill a stupid cause in immoral ways, and constantly brawling with the opposite team. Team Galatic's trying to take over the universe, and Team Plasma's doing the "liberating Pokemon" thing again, although we all know they want to rule the world. 5 gangs, trying to fulfill a cause......All at once. To make matters worse, none of them's ready to share. They might stage micro wars against another (Magma and Aqua declare war against each other like it's a religion.), or sabotage another teams plans. Team Galactic has conquered some major cities. Team Rocket set up some Casino's in cities, and are disturbing the peace in many small towns. Team Plasma's preaching about Pokemon Rights, and Team Magma/Aqua are searching for ways to expand the land/sea.The Gym Leaders and Elite Four won't stand for this, and are trying to disband all of the teams, but it's too much for them. Regular old Pokemon trainers? They can be on all three sides (Evil, Neutral, or Good). But the question is, what side are YOU on? You are a Pokemon, who is either trying to survive in this chaotic world, helping to disband the evil gangs, trying to assist the gangs, or simply doing what your trainer tells you to do. On the good side, you can be a spy, sabotage enemies' plans, stop a scheme while it's happening, gather supplies for the Elite Four/ Gym Leaders, take back conquered cities, pretend to be on the enemies side and  more. On the bad side, conquer cities, steal valuables, kidnap Pokemon attack people, and other things. On the neutral side, just try to live life while all of the other craziness is going on. And when you're owned by an NPC trainer, you gotta do what (s)he tells you.

Cosmo, Cyborg, Undead Pokemon (Like Mummy and Zombie), Surfing/Flying Pichu/Pikachu/Raichu, one of the versions of Shadow Pokemon, and the few fusion Pokemon we have here are all unatural for one reason or another. (Except for Cosmo Pokemon, they come from space) Please explain why they are like the way they are in their history.
Whether or not Shadow Pokemon are literally Shadow Pokemon is up to you.
If you make an OC that is unnatural, please explain why in the history section. (Like if you make a Mareep that was part Ice-Type, I'd like to know why.)

*Special Appearance: Her body's shiny, and is a shade of ice blue. The lights on her antennae are shiny and light purple. Her eyes are also ice blue. AKA she looks like a Crystal Chinchou.

Personality: Bijou is cheerful, and silly, however, she doesn't get carried away. She's a nice person, although she doesn't like to fight untill the veeeeeeeeery last minute, which lands here in some pretty sticky situations. She can act carefree and happy, but if she's plunged into to danger without any warning she'll be pretty scared. If she's expecting it, she'll face it bravely. Bijou helps people out if need be. She loves to sing and dance, and often entertains people with this or expresses herself with it. She can be a bit naive at times.

Extras/Notes: In case you were wondering, yes, Bijou is based off Betty Boop; specifically Pre-Hayes Code Betty, when she was a care-free flapper.

Personality:his personality is.... well.... depending on his mood... He could be happy and bright and ready to help out the Heroes in a minute, then in another one, Hes ready to help the Evil team.

*Backstory:He really doesnt care about what happens to the place. as long as it didnt involve him. But, then he got involved when his trainer was killed during a fight between the Good guys and the bad guys. His trainer was his life. So when He learned she was killed, He went on a rampage. He used Darkvoid to put everyone asleep on the battlefield, then, he used Shadowball and struck them all. No one died though, luckily for them. But He still was not fully satisfied. he still remembers that to this day. Nowadays, Hes been living by himself. But, the Cresselia from his past had came. He thought she was going to kill him in his most weakest of days. But, she just wanted to be friends with him. So now, He is friends with Cresselia. And when She comes around, that is usually the days he is most sad. But, lately he has been recovering a good bit from his depression. But he still will never forget what both sides done to his trainer.

I guess I'll just throw the one paragraph personality rule out the window....You're good. Say, when do you guys think we should start?
